Why I was not given any ref. # from DFEH in LA

Please advise the procedures of DFEH in LA

What is the name of your state? CA

I had an interview with the consultant of DFEH for the discrimination from the employer regarding age, injury at work as well as National Origin. However I haven't received any case # or reference # or anything for the case from DFEH, I just remenber that the consultant told me it would take 11 month something. Please help advise what I should do next or just waiting. Thank you very much

Why are you asking us? Why are you not asking your attorney?

Sorry, I dont have an attorney, I just file the complaint from DFEH by myself.

Before you edited it, your post said you had an attorney.

So, get one. Or call the caseworker and ask them. We have no way of knowing what the DFEH is doing or how backed up their office is.
