Why Nebraska center!!

Hi,
Back on march I submitted I-751 Condetional green card removal to Vermont center as I live in MA , but I got after 10 days a Notic of action (that they got my application )from Nebraska center and the paper had information to call or mail nebraska center if I will have any questions concerning my case !!!
Does that mean they transferred my case to Nebraska center ? and if yes then why?

Backlog reduction. They seem to have a crack team on it at Nebraska Center.

They're pumping out I-751 approvals now; watch your mail for good news soon.
