I live in Utah and was granted a divorce in May of this year. I was awarded the house as my sole property. My problem is my ex-wife still lives in the house and every time I ask her when she's moving out she gives me an excuse as to why she can't move out yet. What I want to know is, do I have to legally evict her or can I just tell her tomorrow that I want her out in a week?

You are probably going to have to go through the process of evicting her.
