Please help. I am looking for the new law passed and effective in WI 7-1-2001, governing the coverage of out-of-plan treatment. This is for employers providing the HMO who have more than 25 employees. I have tried to search the state statute page, but not familiar enough with the codes to find what I am looking for. Thank you so much for any help or info that you could provide.
