Just wanted to thank everyone for answering questions for my wife. She was sued by one of her credit cards but BK was filed the day before court (10/17/03), so she should up at court and told them she filed and judge closed the case.
She had her 341 meeting on 11/3/03, her court appearance started at 10:30. She was the fourth person called to answer questioins and she was back in her car at 10:40. She was so scared and nervous over that meeting and all that was asked was basic questions.
