Wife left me with 5 kids

Washington State. My wife left 6 months ago. there are 5 kids living with me right now. 2 step children and 3 that are ours, 16 years old to 9. What are my chances of getting custody in a divorce?

I would say pretty good (not sure about the stepkids, where is their bio-father?) but you must not hesitate, file for a temporary custody order NOW. Otherwise she can just waltz back in and take the kids and since you would both be on equal legal footing with no order, she'll get away with it. Protect their stability and file right away.
