we are both foreign citizens on non-immigrant visa here. My pregnant wife came to US on H4 dependent visa without telling me, to deliver and make the baby a US citizen and then maybe claim my property etc. and apply for green card based on baby's citizenship. Can she apply for GC just based on US citizen baby?
She is trying to get H1 by paying money to recruiters based on false certificates and won't be able to work so soon. Is this petition invalid? Can she convert from H4 or H1 to any other status like visitor etc within US itself?
She has earlier worked illegally on H4 for cash. Will reporting this affect my H1 status too?
Please help. I just want to take her baclk to my country safely and give our baby our citizenship.
