my wife was in a auto accident in kentucky, and now i think she wants a divorce because she is expecting a insurance settlement.
i'm i entitle to any of her settlement?

No. The proceeds belong to the injured party only. You would not be considered an injured party in this case. The accident and divorce are two separate issues and will be treated as such.
