Have been seperated for 4 years. He has given her money weekly, paid bills and took over debt by taking out motrgage on house (non of these ordered by any court). House was purchased before marriage and paid for by his mother (co-owner of house). Can the 4 years of support suffice as final in no-fault and does he have gorounds to get her out of the house (he and his mother owns). By the way, her live in new boyfriend has been there more than a year and both are living like royalty at the sacrafice of others.
