my husband has always had primary physical custody of son (began at age 6 months till 6 years). when child turned 6, biomom took us to court for primary physical and legal. she was granted joint physical custody, but only has child 8 days a month. court order specifically states that child support is not awarded because respondant is a stay at home mom and has no income. would be unfair to imput an income to her.
is there anything that can be done to gain child support rights? what if we can prove that she is working?
Thank You!
