Will DUI effect Felony probation?

I have a very close friend is due to the court in couple days on 3 Felony charges.Fraud, theft, and another one. I think she might be able to get away from Jail. cause she is out of probation on her last crime. however she got another DUI recently, and the court is due on March 16th. I am sure she will get probations on those 3 Felony charges, so if the DUI convicted, will she violate the probation and go to Jail?

oh man. your close friend is going to jail. tell her to stay away from the burritos. and dress warmly. that intake center is freezing. thermal underwear is good. and take a collection to send her money. the food they serve is awful. best thing they have in there is the top ramen in the commissary.

Your friend is already on probation, she goes to court on three other felony charges AND she got a DUI. If you believe she won't get jail time for this, I'm the Tooth Fairy

Thank you for the reply. but her last probation has been over about 1 month ago before she was charged with those Felony. They did not mention it when she was taken to Jail when she was arrested with current Felony charges. well the court is due on Friday. i will give you guys an update
