will he get jail time

My ex-boyfriend has been threatening me for months now. He left me approx 90 voicemails in less than two months. Some of the messages were threatening. To make a long story short, I handed the tapes over to the police and they have pressed charges (annoying phone calls,threatening to commit crimes (kidnapping a relative and murder) and stalking. Because we are also in the middle of a custody battle, I am curious as to whether he would actually serve any jail time. To give more info, I live in Mass, and he is on probation for unrelated charges.

OOOWWWWWWWEEEEEEEEE HE IS A TROUBLE MAKER. HE PROBLEY WILL GET JAIL TIME. I KNOW SOMEONE WITH A SIMILAR SITUATION WHO JUST GOT OUT OF JAIL AFTER SERVING 8 MONTHS. HE WAS THREATNING HIS BABYS MOMA. PLUS HE HAS A PREVIOUS RECORD. MAYBE THIS WILL TEACH HIM A LESSON.
