The divorce started 9 months ago when my husband came home and found a male friend in my home. He is accusing me of sleeping with this friend. He is a mutual family friend. My husband has not been emotionally attached or einvolved with me or may child for 3 years and this friend has been a good ear. I have tried to take things out with my husband in the past, but he just ignored me. I have been honest with the courts and my husband about my relationship with this friend, but my attorney is making me feel like their is no hope in me getting my 2 yr old girl. I have went to dinner and shopping with this friend when my husband refused to go and he in my depositions I was asked how many times, I can't remember 3 yrs worth of specifics. I'm I expected to remember exact numbers? It has been commented that if I had just lied in the begging and said I did sleep with him then this would never have went on this long, and I would have her. I also want to know if I can go ahead and get half of the marital assets since we are legally separated.
