Question from Texas. My house was vandalized by six juveniles causing over $20,000 worth of damages. The court ordered restitution of $200 per month from each juvenile. Only one of the juveniles is paying. If the parents of the other juveniles own their homes, can I file a claim on their homeowners insurance? If so, how can I find out any information. All I have is the kids names. According to the District Attorney and Family Court, I am not allowed to have any information because they are juveniles, and that the rights of the juveniles have to be protected.
