Will I Do Federal Or State Time???

What is the name of your state? Massachussetts!

I am currently on 18 months probation for a larceny charge from 6/05. I just received in the mail a request for a hearing next week for another larceny charge with forgery and uttering??? The said the larceny charge in under $250. Any idea if I will have to serve time in state or federal?? or what could happen???

From your post, it sounds like you are being charged with a state crime.
