What is the name of your state? GA
About three years ago I was involved in an auto accident where the other party was at fault and driving a car insured by his very elderly grandmother. A claim was made against her policy and her insurance company denied the claim because she would not cooperarate with them (just hung up on them every time they called her). My insurance paid me damages less my $500.00 deductable. My CLUE report shows the claim is in subrogation. After three years, is there any hope my insurance company will collect from hers and send me $500.00 or am I probably SOL?

Q: After three years, is there any hope my insurance company will collect from hers and send me $500.00 or am I probably SOL?

A: There is about a 50-50 chance, more or less.
