http://www.cyberrebate.com

CyberRebate.Com just filed for bankruptcy the other day. They are in NY. They owe me over $200.00 in rebates, money which I already paid them. I am in PA. I still have copies of the forms and receipt. Is there anyway I will get my money?

Thanks for your help,

Hi there, I'm yet another cyberrebate customer that is in danger of losing all I've invested. NPR noted that there are millions of us who have been adversely affected by the bankruptcy notice: some with up to $30,000 invested in the company. Legal counsel has advised me to seek the class action law suit that will inevitably be filed against the company. Please pass the word along so we can all find out the best way to get our money back. My personal e-mail is [email protected]. Please e-mail me if you hear any word on our rebate status, or if you want to discuss further options. Thank you.

I called the bank that issued cyberrebate's checks today to find out if I could still deposit $700 dollars worth of checks that I had. The operator told me they weren't paying anymore checks. Looks like I'm out even more money than I thought. Does anyone know if I should still try to deposit them before they expire so that if we ever get any satisfaction from bankruptcy court I won't be told that I let them expire so tough luck.
