What is the name of your state? Virginia
I recently had a judgement filed against me for the sum of $30,000 for unpaid medical bills. I own my house and vehicle and am in between jobs right now. How can they enforce this judgement? Is a lien on my house possible and if so, will I be forced to sell or lose my house to settle this judgement? Thank you.

Yes and No...

Yes you can lose your house if you do nothing at all.

You may not though if your state laws let you file exemptions after a judgement has been entered against you.
