My son is 3 and he seeing his father in another state about 30% a the time. His father is asking court to have his son a bout 45% a the time.

I lyed in mediation saying that our son hasing sycological issues, even thout I now he is not. Iam scared for him to spend more time with his father.

Hi father took me to court for not lettimg them talk the phone and for talking bad about his father and new wife in front of our baby.

I requested a custody evaluation in mediation when I said our son was having psychological issues.

I am illegal and I tried to marry a citizen to stay in the country. My son's father found out and reported me. I have been living illegally for 16 years with my family. My father lives with us and he has had 4 DWIs.


I share one bedrroom with my two children (from different fathers) I have a high school diploma and I do not make very much money. My son's father is a very well educated and makes a lot of money and so does his wife. They have a new home and my son has his own room and bathroom there. I just found out this.

I am scared that I might lose custody.

This "pretender" has already admitted on the Child Visitation board that she is not who she says. She posted "pretending" to be the ex wife, so that she could see what advice people would give her! So, she is not worth the time.
