I am in Georgia. I have been married for less than two years and may be getting a divorce(no-fault filing if we end up having to go down this path). My wife had a child from another relationship. I of course have taken care of him and loved him as my own during the marriage, but I never legally adopted him. Will I be legally obligated to pay child support or is that still on the biological father(who is still making payments?)

Thanks.

You are not responsible for this child

Just gotta ask to make sure we're all clear: was this child born WITHIN your marriage?
