What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

My daughter was sentenced the end of May, which included 13 months of probation. She has yet to hear from her Probation Officer. I called the County office to just find out if she was assigned one, which they said she was, but the PO just hasn't contacted my daughter yet. Since my daughter is 21, I'm keeping out of the "flow of everything" (my call was total nosiness, wanting to know if my daughter lied to me) but I know my daughter went to a concert in MI last week and intends to go to one in NY this coming weekend.

After the court hearing, the lawyer told her what to expect which included losing her license for 6 mths (which she heard from) and not to go out of state.

Sadly, I don't think my daughter has learned from her mistakes and doesn't even care, but what happens if she is "caught" on one of these trips of hers before the PO contacts her....will it be seen now as a felony? (she was given 2 misdemeanors and probation, but it could have been alot worse)

Was she given probation conditions restricting travel at the time of sentencing?
Although she was told to expect restrictions, unless she got them from the PO or court, they don't normally apply. Typically there is a form with the sentence which usually only list "special" probation conditions. The PO makes the offender sign the other conditions.

VOP doesn't become a felony. The worst thing that typically happens is she'd be locked up.
