I'm moveing from TX to IL in a month. I'm getting married next month. My car is about to get repossesed. Will my new husband have to take that unpaid loan on his credit report. I will not work anymore and we will only use his name and credit for future purchases.

Sorry, but it isn't that simple. Though the liability for the unpaid debt of the reposession and its costs may not be incurred by your new husband, you can't just get married and forget about YOUR credit history.

Anytime you apply for credit (car, furniture, house, etc.) YOUR credit history will be reviewed and it could cause a denial of credit. Or at least will cause you to get a sub-prime (higher) interest rate to make up for the higher risk incurred by the creditor.

And if the auto lender isn't paid in full for the debt (and costs of repo), then he could get a judgment against you that could 'follow you' to your new marriage and location.
