I am in Tennessee. My question is, are there time limits as to when a person can probate a will? My Mother has been dead for 13 years, but her will was never probated (there is some property that was sold without all heirs being notified).

You need legal counsel who can look at ALL paperwork associated with the estate, was the property owned jwros all kinds of questions to answer your question.
