my grandfather passed away in july 2000. my grandmother passed away and he had been married to another lady for 16 years. he did not rewrite his will that he and my grandmother made in the early 70's. my mother and aunt are the executers of the will. however, his wife is trying to take everything that belonged to him, and she feels the estate should pay for all the bills. how can they pay without selling his belongings. there is not enough money in the estate to pay for things without selling the items that belonged to him. (4 wheeler, car, guns,tools,etc.etc.) there is also a house involved. he sold his original home to a lady who was paying him monthly payments. the house is still in his name and my grandmothers name. does his wife have any part of it? or does my mother keep taking the payments and when it's paid for the buyer will own it? help, this is a really confusing ordeal!!!
