What is the name of your state? Florida
a creditor got a judgement aginst me in the state of nv when i had been living in tn for 3 yrs, the creditor was calling and sending me mail in tn so they knew where i lived. is this legal. last payment nov 1997 moved to tn dec 1997 they got judgement in nv jan 2001 transfered judgement to fl last year
