May have asked this question before but I feel this is more clear.
To cut the long story short.
- Detained by CBP/ICE? Upon arrival.
- Inspected by CBP
- Given an administrative Charge for 212(a)(2)(A)(i) SW, was done in the UK. & 212(a)(7)(A)(i)(I) (not remaining in usa long enough on GC etc)
- was told will not receive criminal record.
- was fingerprinted/photo was taken asked what's it for was told "to see if there any criminal history". I have no prior criminal history.
- going to removal proceedings as a civil case not criminal.
- Given a year extension GC stamp.
- released on recognize as I wasn't a risk.
Will this go on my FBI CRIMINAL fingerprint background check? as it wasn't a "Criminal" charge per say. Will be speaking to an attorney but I want others opinions.
