What is the name of your state? Oregon

I have an Oregon judgment for $5000 against a corporation. The corp has a UCC filing which states that everything that is owned by debtor now, or in the future is owned by Bank One. Bank One is where the company checking account is . If I try and garnish, will Bank One just blow me off? I need to find out about this before I domesticate the judgment and spend another $150, needlessly on filing fees. Basically the company has been screwing a lot of people, there are fourteen judgments recorded against them. Everything they own is leased, I haven't been able to locate any assets except the company checking account, and the UCC seems like it will prevent me from garnishing the bank. Oh knowledgeable one, please help. Thanks.

Steve
