I have a will in Idaho that is ready to be notarized but since I am retired and new to Idaho I have no witnesses. Will it be legal if I just have it notorized?
Two witnesses are required. It would be fairly easy to find 2 people in the notary's office when you go to get it notarized.
If you can afford the expense of a few hundred dollars to have a probate attorney review your will, it would be well worth it to avoid any unpleasant surprises for your heirs if there is something wrong with it.
