What is the name of your state? I"m in California.

I like to draw up a will and name my wife as the beneficiary, is see libel for my debts? after my death, all the debt is in my name and before our marriage. married for 6 years.
The RV is in both our names dose see gets this automatically or I have to have a will in order for her to get it. ...thanks

Any jointly held assets will automatically belong to your wife if you pass away.

CA is a community property state, so yes, she will be liable for your debts if you pass away...assuming that those debts accrued during the marriage. She would not be held liable for debts that accrued prior to your marriage.
