myb dad left a will and one brother is over it . I was left a truck does my brother have to go office with me to change tittle of truck from dad to him to me ?? I feel the lawyer and my siblings have not been honest about all the money and items that were to be sold and split I gave them 15,0000.00 to cover medical , ive been trying to get them to get with me since 2017 dad passed in 2016 its always a fight or excuse , I dont know anything about this so I was probably screwed I have only signed at bank that I got money nothing else

You need to hire your own attorney to help you figure out what you need to do to legally acquire title to your truck.

And yes, it appears they are trying to screw you by not giving you complete information about what you should be doing and what THEIR responsibilties are.
