What is the name of your state?Ohio
My 10 year-old daughter was suspended from school for one day. She wrote some letters to herself as if they were from a secret admirer. The letters had some inflamatory (sp?) statements. She indicated that she showed them to three female students. However, the principal insists that she showed them to the entire class.
We were told three separate times she would not be suspended. She went to school on Monday. Then after my daughter took a Reading Achievement Test (her school is in academic emergency and she is and excellent reader) the principle decided to suspend her.
How should we prepare our defense for the appeal?
