What is the name of your state? Wisconsin

I was recently arrested for DUI. I am guilty but I want to know what my penalty options will be. I am hoping for leniency as a first time and only time offender. I am willing to go to driving school and do community service. It would be a great hardship to have a suspended license as I am a single parent and have my own business.

Is there any way to expunge this from my record as I realize this could follow me forever?

Thank you very much for your advice.

I realize the enormity of my poor judgement (thank God no one was injured) and I will never do something so stupid again, but if anyone can offer me any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

I plan to plead guilty but I need to be able to work as well as take care of my family (doctor appointments and groceries). I also would like to expunge this from my record in the event I must look for new work in the future.

Thank you in advance.

You should check in to Wisconsin's rules for a hardship license - which would allow you to drive for specific purposes (like work), during certain times, to certain places, etc.
