WISCONSIN - Individual filled out rental application and gives me a deposit to hold the unit. Everything looked in order. Then, the individuals probationary officer calls and says that the applicant is a felon convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault of a child. If I rent to this person, what are my liabilities? Do I have to tell the other tenants or does that person have to?

PLEASE HELP. This person is confined to a wheel chair as well. Is this a consideration?

Thanks
