What is the name of your state? PA

My question is in regards to my rights, if any, to Union Pension/Annuity Funds that were withdrawn? We co-habitated for over 14 years. He recently withdrew all his money. His Pension Annuity Funds were gained during our non-marital relationship. I guess the same question in regards to his rights to my 401K, if any.

If you are not married, then neither one of you would have any rights to the other's retirement funds. If you are married, then you would each be entitled to a share of the portion of the funds that accumulated during the marriage.
