What is the name of your state? California

I just got a notice from my employer that if we don't perform our work in a timely manner that they have every right to withold our paychecks. We can show up on time and everything but if we're not processing the insurance claims at a speed that they're happy with, theyre basically telling us that the corporate office geve them the right to not hand us our paycheck at the end of the week. Is this legal?

Are you paid an hourly rate of pay?

If yes, then no.

They can fire you, but they still have to pay you your hourly rate until they do.

WRONG! WRONG! WRONG! If your employer witholds your paycheck, then file a complaint with your state DOL as this is illegal
