I am recently unemployed, the boss gave me a choice of being fired or *quiting. (we just didnt get along),He said he would pay me my last two pay checks. I ask him " what about my three days vacation pay I still have coming" he said I would have to eat those!
(Q) Am I entitled pay for these days.
(Q) Would I be entitled to unemployment benifits.***** I did opt to quit.

You will not be entitled to unemployment benefits since you voluntarily left. If you had been fired, then you would have been entitled to them, unless your termination was for a valid cause. As to the vacation pay, I believe that the employer has to pay you for those three days. That pay has to be forthcoming within 48 hours of your last day. I would say that you should contact your state department of labor and ask for their assistance.
