Court Date is set with Wolf andAbhrmason, they are taking me to court to obtain a confirmation on the Arbitration Agreement. Explain the process that will take place during this court meeting. The defense I will use is previous ruled cases against the National Arbitration Forum. What do you think they will use during this court meeting. Guide me to other cases ruled against the National Arbitration Forum.

The Court Date has been set for later this month, I believe they are going to ask the court to confirm the arbitration judgment that was filed against me by the NAF. I never did send a letter refusing arbitration, just as others I just ignored the request for arbitration. I plan to present some form of other court cases which have ruled that the NAF and there judgements have been ruled as one sided and non constutional. What's your opinion on how I should approach this. I am going to go Defendant Pro Se. Exactly what does the plaintiff side usually present?
