What is the name of your state? California

I requested debt validation from Bank One. They refused to acknowledge even though i have all the delivery confirmations which required a signature. And the impartial arbitration company i picked also sent bank one notification. Champlain Valley Arbitrators is an acceptable arbitration company with Bank One. I felt this company had no vested interest in either party and would be impartial.

Bank One refused to produce any documents at all and would not validate the debt. May 13, 2004 i won the arbitration award.

This last Saturday i get a letter from a collection agency/ attorneys telling me the are collecting the debt. Out of curiosity i called them and they state they are going to mediate for Bank One and I told them we already mediated and I won. They told me there was no arbitration and they will arbitrate for Bank One. THEY ARE NOT IMPARTIAL. ITS A STACKED DECK, THE GUY CALLED ME AN ASS AND KEPT REPEATING "WHAT ELSE CAN I DO FOR YOU" OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I TOLD HIM YOU CANT DO THIS YOUR TRYING TO COLLECT IT FOR BANK ONE TOO. HIS LAST WORDS WERE SEE YOU IN COURT. THEY ARE IN GEORGIA AND IM IN CALIFORNIA

MY QUESTION IS HOW CAN THEY DO THAT WHEN THEY HAD SINCE FEBRUARY TO VALIDATE THE DEBT, THEY REFUSE I REQUEST ARBITRATION. GET IT AND I PAY FOR IT AND BANK ONE ACTS LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED. WHAT HAPPENED TO MY JUDGEMENT IS IT ALL FOR NOT OR WHAT

I THOUGHT ARBITRATION COMPANIES ARE SUPPOSED TO BE NEUTRAL
