What is the name of your state? West Virginia. I won a $500 judgment against a renter. His first of $50 was due before Apil 17th. He didn't pay up. What can I do now to get my money?

You will need to find out where he's employed and where his bank account is.

Then ask the clerk of the court where you got the judgment for the forms to latch onto his wages and his bank account.

Collecting a judgment is exceptionally difficult ... that's why 99.9% of them go uncollected.
