You have got to be kidding:eek:

There is NOTHING you can do to force him to refer to you as "mom" to the kids.

What ages are the childre? Are they younger where they now try and call you buy your first name? Or are the old enough to know to call you mom? Is he trying to make them call you by your name? I ask because quite frequently my own husband calls me by my first name and yet my kids know to call me mom. Also, my older three call my husband by his name even though he adopted them it was what they were use to but the two younger ones although hearing his name used all the time have never tried to use it. They call him dad.

His, it does not matter - none of it does. No judge is going to make this or any other man refer to a woman by the word "mom," especially when he is referring to her by her given name.

I could understand sanctions if he were calling her tramp or worthless or any other host of derogatory names, but he is not.

Mama needs to get a grip.

okay, lady. i just read your first two threads.

you will not be getting custody of your children. your ex has so much on you and you are probably facing long term prison time. the state has a better chance of getting custody then you do.

Lol I realize it doesnt matter...guess I was just trying to show her she was making a mountain out of a molehill. Kids are smart they know who mom is.

I just skimmed this poster's history and I come to realize that the OP has a point...kind of.

Dad should refer to her as mom. In fact he should refer to has as POOR EXCUSE of a MOM to be exact.

Everyone speaks of pulling up former posts. Being almost totally computer illiterate, is there anyone out there who can tell me how to do this? I would really appreciate some help learning this computer and this forum.
