What is the name of your state? FL

Sorry, I know most folks on here are debtors, but I'm just a regular Joe Lunchbucket getting screwed over by a lying, thieving snake who is merely hiding in the BK system, and that snake's attorney JUST QUIT!! (Too much lying and thievin', I bet).

So before I get too relieved, what are the chances any other attorney takes this case over? It's been more than a year and it's still not confirmed. A regular debtor's attorney probably doesn't want a piece of that, right? And even if he does find one, wouldn't suddenly having a chunk of money for a new lawyer seem kind of fishy to the trustee, or it's post-petition and wouldn't matter...?

(Man, I hope this peckerhead just weenies out and drops the whole thing so we can get back to litigating in the circuit court. I did like that BK judge, tho...)

Suddenly, him giving up the fraud seems like a much more uncertain deal for me. Here's what's up...

We had an arbitration judgement for back support from debtor to me. Even though we were both ORDERED to arbitration, and both went and both participated, and the circuit court judge was asked and decided that he DID have jurisdiction, the BK judge decided otherwise and said he wants the circuit court order vacated so that he can hear those matters as yet another adversary proceeding.

So, let's say I go to the circuit court hearing next week and get this order (that I fought for two years to get) vacated, and then instead of having Hizzoner in the BK court re-hear the issues, ol' snake-belly scallywag just drops the BK entirely.

Then what the hay do I do? Because if I turn back to the circuit court, which will be understandably pissed off at that point, I could get caught short again by another new BK filing. I get the feeling he will never, ever run out of new legal delaying tricks that will just keep any portion of the matter from ever, ever being resolved.
