What is the name of your state? MO

I just talked to my attorney, and she received the judgement today.

I now have joint-legal. No change in physical time with the kids. No alternating Christmas. No restriction on travel (I was previously restricted to 100 miles w/out his consent). No restriction on internet usage (I was previously restricted from accessing the 'net while the kids were present, and they were restricted from accessing the 'net ever). Child support was ordered.

The only downside is that I have to pay $1500 of his atty fees for not giving proper notice of my move, which I totally expected, and I'm so happy about everything else, i don't care.

I'll bet they are having a drink or two as well. The difference is CJane is celebrating, and he and wife are probably trying to "drown their sorrows"!

Congrats! :) Pretty much what I expected. Now, you won't have to deal with so many of those power & control issues anymore!!! :)
