i'm writing a story. i want to call it 'sex education'. a wonderful story by this name exists (dorothy canfield fisher, c. 1970). i realize that it wouldn't do to name it 'hills like white elephants' (hemingway); but as 'sex education' is a vernacular phrase, i'm wondering if i would infringe upon ms. fisher's copyright by recycling the phrase for a newer story (similar subject).
