From Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. My name is Bonnie. My husband was delivering mail around Christmas and slipped down some steps that some guy didn't have shoveled or salted. He had just returned to work about a month earlier since he had to recover from his third back surgery. He reinjured his back and hoped it would get better, well it didn't. Now the post office is denying him work man's comp and doesn't want to pay for unemployment either. We are looking for a lawyer who will deal with this type of situation. We do not have enough money to pay a lawyer so we were hoping to find one that requires no fee unless we win. Thank you very much.What is the name of your state?

For your information I am a Union steward for the NALC. Here in Wisconsin if we are having trouble with workman comp issues we have contacted our representives here and they have done a wonderful job on getting workman comp issues resolved.
