I currently work for Employer A (IL) and Employer B(IL) is applying for a H1B transfer. I will be joining Employer B once I receive the Receipt Notice(not the actual transfer).

Now, I have a lot of Paid Time off with Employer A and I would like to apply for leave of absense for 30 days (Paid time off) and then give my notice to Emp A, but join employer B while still on Vacation with Employer A. So, Ill be getting paid by both the employers for 30days.

Is this legally ok?

Thank you.
