My doctor has given me a 65% permanent/total disability rating. I have been evaluated by social security doctors and they too have stated that I am perm/total disabled...and I am getting ss payments. My workers comp insurance people have sent me to more evaluations that have proven that I am disabled. I am waiting for my fourth trial date, all the others were continued because of the insurance company stall tactics. I have an attorney, but he does not specialize in workers comp cases and I do not feel confident that I am getting the advice that I need. I have been through enough, this has been dragging on since March 7, 1998 and I would like to get to the bottom of this, and get a fair outcome. I would appreciate any help you can offer....thank you!

My response:

This is simple. Change attorneys.

You have an absolute right, no questions or reasons needed, to change attorneys. Hire a new one, and let that attorney get your file from your current attorney.

Real simple.
