I live in Missouri and I have a worker's compensation claim in Kansas. My attorney is taking 25% of my weekly workers compensation checks. Can he do that? I thought he was to only collect at the end of the worker's compensation claim settlement.
Please help. Is he supposed to take my weekly checks?
