What is the name of your state? Texas.

My claim has been denied by the insurance company. Texas Workers Compensation said once I received the denial the y would set up a hearing.
Would it be in my best interest to be represented by counsel at the hearing. I knoe nothing about Workers Compensation.
Thanks for your advice.

While it's not required, it's usually a good idea to have legal representation at this point. WC regulations are quite complex.
