Working 10-12 hours a day with no break?

Is it legal to make someone work 10 -12 hours in one day without any kind of break? (None of us our minors either).

In your state, yes it is.

I don't approve of making employees work that long without a break but since neither Federal nor Florida law requires breaks of any kind, it is legal.
