Il; my ex-husband has been on workman's comp for 6months now he has lowered my child support and sends me 32 percent every two weeks of his check. Is this legal for him to set up by himself? Also, I would like to find out if when he gets a settlement if I'm entitled to part of the money to make up for lost child support.

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Unless your husband went back into court to have the child support reduced, then he's in Contempt of Court - which is punishable by fine and / or jail.

File your "Order to Show Cause Re: Contempt of Court" and watch the fur fly. Make sure you bring him a toothbrush, a change of underwear, and some Vasaline.
